Rodrigo Sánchez Hidalgo is the Founder and CEO of Ambición00, a firm specialized in sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, regulatory compliance and transformation toward more sustainable business models. He guides organizations in the design and implementation of strategies that generate business value and strengthen their environmental, social and governance performance.
He has over 20 years of experience in consulting and energy, including more than a decade in Management Consulting within Deloitte's Strategy & Operations practice. He has led projects in sectors such as energy, financial services, consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, agribusiness, technology, health and the public sector.
During the opening of the Mexican energy market, he participated in the establishment and growth of ExxonMobil and Shell in Mexico, where he held leadership positions in new business development, key account management and commercial operations.
In addition to his consulting work, he is a Chair Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he teaches the Conscious Business course.
He holds the official Salesforce Net Zero Cloud certification, integrating sustainability strategy with technology to support organizations in ESG data management and the transition toward more sustainable business models.
Maricarmen is a senior leader in business development and strategy, with over 25 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector across Latin America. She has worked at global companies such as Shell, BP and PMI, leading commercial, strategic and growth initiatives in complex and highly regulated environments.
Throughout her career she has driven projects in oil and gas, natural gas, wind energy, CO₂ capture and energy transition, combining a solid commercial vision with deep stakeholder management capabilities, multi-party negotiation and work with boards of directors and strategic partners.
She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and board governance studies from IPADE. Her experience integrates the technical, commercial and regulatory dimensions, with a clear focus on creating value solutions for clients and organizations.
At Ambición00, Maricarmen leads the new business strategy, partnerships and commercial development, connecting organizations with sustainability solutions, ESG compliance and energy transition that generate real impact and long-term growth.
Additionally, she actively participates in leadership and female talent development initiatives in the energy sector. She is a member of the Board of Directors of "Voz Experta," an association dedicated to strengthening the role of women in the energy sector.
