Rodrigo Sánchez Hidalgo is the Founder and CEO of Ambición00, a firm specialized in sustainability and Net Zero solutions, as well as strategic relationship management. He is an executive with over 20 years of experience leading service teams and new business development in the consulting and energy industries. Rodrigo has a solid track record in consulting, with over 10 years in Management Consulting within Deloitte's Strategy & Operations practice.
He has managed multiple projects across diverse industries, with energy being one of the most significant. He has advised upstream, midstream and downstream Oil & Gas companies, as well as organizations in the pharmaceutical, retail, wholesale, financial services (banking and insurance), beverages, agribusiness, manufacturing, technology and federal government sectors.
During Mexico's energy sector liberalization, he participated in the launch and operation of ExxonMobil and Shell. He was responsible for New Business Development and Key Account Management, and served as Director of Fuels for the Bajío and Western regions.
Rodrigo is also a Conscious Business professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, which provides him with the maturity and skills needed to understand, connect and execute strategies, as well as implement the programs, business models and efficiencies that the ESG and Net Zero landscape demands today.

Maricarmen is a senior leader in business development and strategy, with over 25 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector across Latin America. She has worked at global companies such as Shell, BP and PMI, leading commercial, strategic and growth initiatives in complex and highly regulated environments.
Throughout her career she has driven projects in oil and gas, natural gas, wind energy, CO₂ capture and energy transition, combining a solid commercial vision with deep stakeholder management capabilities, multi-party negotiation and work with boards of directors and strategic partners.
She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and board governance studies from IPADE. Her experience integrates the technical, commercial and regulatory dimensions, with a clear focus on creating value solutions for clients and organizations.

Paloma is part of the Ambición00 team as a Sustainability Analyst. She has experience in environmental consulting, climate analysis, regulatory assessment and support for social and environmental impact projects.
She has participated in the development of sustainability strategies, ESG reports, risk analysis and internal policies, as well as in the monitoring and implementation of community projects focused on climate change, water and waste management. Her work combines technical analysis with a social approach, integrating a gender perspective and environmental education in vulnerable communities.
She has collaborated with organizations and projects such as Ectágono, Jibiopuuc and Gastromotiva, as well as on research projects at Universidad Iberoamericana, using tools such as QGIS and statistical analysis to address complex environmental challenges.
She holds a degree in Environmental Sustainability from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, where she also developed academic projects on environmental rights and environmental impact assessment in extractive sectors.

Guillermina Barrera is an Industrial Chemical Engineer from the Escuela Superior de Ingeniería Química e Industrias Extractivas and holds a Master's in Environment from the Escuela Superior de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, both from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional. She complements her training with a Diploma in Safety and Hygiene (IMSS, STPS, CFE and Acciona).
She has developed her professional career at KPMG, CAABSA Infraestructura, CANIPEC, GEA Biodegradables and ANIQ, as well as with international organizations such as UNDP, IDB and INECC, participating in high-impact sustainability and environmental management projects.
She is a member of the National Network for Waste Management and Circular Economy, where she collaborates with key sector stakeholders by providing training and developing circular economy projects in water, waste and energy for the industrial, commercial and service sectors, as well as for state and municipal governments.
